We’ve been staying at home a lot recently, and for many, this means adjusting our daily routines, our work set-up, and focusing on our physical well-being and overall wellness. Thus, we joined forces with like-minded individuals to create a self-help video guide, hopefully to offer inspiration, light, positivity and a sense of community during these times of self-isolation and social distancing. Whether you’re looking for something creative, active, fun and optimistic, hope these tips will give you ideas to make use of your time wisely.
